The 2022 season was a bit of a roller coaster—starting dry and finishing with a splash—which resulted in fruit that is incredibly “clean” and expressive. To get that signature texture, they let the wine chill on its lees (the spent yeast) for seven months. It adds a “weight” to the mid-palate that keeps the vibrant acidity from feeling too sharp.
