Created by David Gordon, the longtime wine director at New York City’s legendary Tribeca Grill, the Bacchus label is essentially a curated gift to wine lovers. David uses his deep-rooted connections with top-tier Napa and Sonoma producers—think names like Caymus and Lewis Cellars in years past—to source premium fruit at a fraction of the cost.

The 2023 vintage is a bright, textbook example of why this label is a perennial favorite here at Brighton. It’s a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, primarily sourced from the sun-drenched hills of Paso Robles and the Central Coast. It’s a real world wine. Half of it is fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit fresh and vibrant, while the other half sees neutral oak to give it just enough structure.
