This 2024 bottling is a vibrant, estate-grown blend of Grolleau, Gamay, and Pinot Noir sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards nestled above the Cher River.

Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve its crystalline purity, this wine is the antithesis of the mass-produced, sugary rosés that often flood the market. It pours a delicate pale pink with luminous copper reflections, leading into a floral nose of wild strawberry, red currant, and a hint of white peach.

On the palate, it’s all about tension and vivacity.
