Craggy Range Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc 2024
$28.00
Coming from the “Te Muna” (The Secret) vineyard in Martinborough—a cooler, windier spot than its cousins in Marlborough—this wine trades the neon-green intensity for something far more sophisticated. It’s grown on old river stones and limestone, and you can feel that tension in the glass.
The 2024 is exceptionally bright. Think fresh-cut lime, white peach, and a handful of garden herbs, but it’s the texture that really grabs us. Because a portion of this is fermented in French oak and even some sandstone vessels, it has a weight and a chalky, salinic grip that keeps it from being just another pool wine. It’s elegant, energetic, and has that signature Martinborough snap of pink grapefruit on the finish.
