This bottle originates from the sub-region of Monção e Melgaço—widely regarded as the undisputed sweet spot for Alvarinho. Tucked along the River Minho, the vineyards sit on hillside slopes facing southwest, catching ideal sun exposure while bathed in cool Atlantic breezes.

What elevates this bottling is a hands-off, patient method of winemaking. Spontaneous Fermentation, Pre-Fermentation Skin Contact and Lees Aging are all utilized here–practices that are often associated with far more expensive wines.

On the nose, it opens with high-toned Meyer lemon, green starfruit, orange blossom, and a faint whisper of dried fruit complexity.
On the palate, it delivers a thrilling contrast: generous texture meets laser-focused acidity. Stone fruit and bright citrus are anchored by a driving line of Atlantic salinity and that classic, subtle varietal grip on the finish. It’s energetic, precise, and wonderfully persistent.
