Jean-Marc Brocard was a pioneer of biodynamics in the region long before it was a buzzword, and his son Julien has only deepened that commitment. Born from 30-year-old vines planted on the region’s famous Kimmeridgian limestone—that ancient, oyster-shell-flecked soil—this wine is everything Chablis should be.

On the palate, it’s super focused. It has the weight and wrapped texture that comes from aging on the lees in stainless steel, but the finish is all about that bracing, mouth-watering acidity.
