Produced by the talented Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet of Domaine Le Roc des Anges, this white blend remains one of the most reliable and over-performing gems in our French section. While the Roussillon is often known for its blistering heat and high-octane reds, the Gallets utilize the cooling breezes and unique schist soils of the Côtes Catalanes to craft a white wine of remarkable tension and poise.

The 2024 vintage is an equal blend of Grenache Blanc and Macabeo. It pours a pale, gleaming straw color and opens with an expressive bouquet of white peach, nectarine, and honeysuckle, all framed by a distinct, stony minerality. On the palate, the wine offers a surprising weight and a round, slightly creamy texture that is perfectly countered by a zippy, citrus-driven acidity.
