Nikka Whisky Miyagikyo Single Malt 750mL

Located in a lush valley at the junction of two rivers in the Miyagi Prefecture, this distillery was hand-selected by Masataka Taketsuru for its high humidity and crisp air—conditions he believed were perfect for producing a softer, more fragrant style of whisky.

Unlike its peat-heavy siblings, Miyagikyo is defined by its use of sherry cask maturation and steam-heated pot stills. This method results in a silky texture and an incredibly bright flavor profile.
