Most amari use a neutral grain spirit base. Not the Noninos. They utilize their legendary ÙE® Grape Distillate, which gives this liqueur a velvety texture and a depth of fruit you won’t find anywhere else. It’s aged for five years in Nevers, Limousin, and ex-Sherry barrels, resulting in a hue that looks like liquid amber in the glass.
