While many London Dry gins lean heavily on a pine-tree-to-the-face juniper profile, Roku takes a more democratic approach. It is exceptionally balanced, layering traditional botanicals like coriander and angelica with six distinct Japanese ingredients, each harvested at its peak (shun).

It’s silky, almost creamy on the tongue, making it a rare gin that is genuinely pleasant to sip neat or over a large rock. However, in a Gin & Tonic, it truly shines. Garnish it with some sliced ginger to play off the Sansho pepper, and you have a drink that is refreshing, complex, and dangerously drinkable.
