On the nose, it’s a vibrant explosion of passionfruit, kaffir lime, and jasmine, underscored by a distinct, savory edge of crushed herbs and flinty minerality. The palate is medium-bodied and zippy, moving from lush layers of guava and white peach to a saline, mouth-watering finish. It’s a textbook example of the 2025 vintage: aromatic, up-front, and exceptionally clean.

A small-batch project rooted in organic and sustainable viticulture, this wine is handled with care—90% fermented in stainless steel to preserve its zingy fruit, with a 10% touch of French oak barrique and four months on the lees to add a supple, elegant texture.
