In the glass, it’s dark and plush. You’ll find a core of rich cassis, black cherry, and dark plum, but it isn’t just a fruit bomb. There’s a savory, loamy earthiness and a touch of dried herbs that keeps things grounded. The texture is opulent and seamless, with just enough fine-grained tannin to stand up to a ribeye or a late-night pizza.
