This isn’t your average entry-level Chablis. While the label says Petit Chablis, the pedigree says something much more ambitious. These vines sit on a high plateau of Portlandian limestone, perched right above the legendary Montée de Tonnerre. That proximity matters—you get the breezy, high-toned energy of the plateau mixed with a serious, flinty depth that punches way above its weight class.

This is Sébastien doing what he does best: making high-definition, site-specific Chardonnay that feels both modern and deeply rooted in the soil. It’s a bottle that reminds us why Chablis is, and always will be, the gold standard for cool-climate white wine.
