The 2012 vintage was a challenging one for the growers, resulting in tiny yields but incredible concentration. On the palate, the texture is what truly stands out. It’s silky and refined, with tannins that feel more like velvet than wool. There is a deep, vertical power here, but it’s delivered with such finesse that it never feels heavy. We recommend decanting this for thirty minutes to let the fruit fully wake up, or better yet, tuck it away in your cellar for a few more years to see it reach its peak.
