From the husband-and-wife team of Elena Penna and Luca Currado Vietti (names that carry serious weight for anyone following the legendary Barolo house, Vietti), comes a vermouth that is as much about world-class winemaking as it is about the art of the aperitivo. Eschewing the shortcuts often taken in fortified wine production, Elena and Luca utilize a base of high-quality Nebbiolo, infusing it with a proprietary blend of 30 hand-harvested botanicals from the Piedmontese Alps.

The result is a Rosso of remarkable depth and clarity. In the glass, it shows a deep garnet hue with amber reflections. The nose is a complex tapestry of bitter orange peel, gentian, and vanilla, punctuated by spicy flashes of cinnamon and clove.
