We’re generally pretty skeptical of the “cream” category—usually, it’s just a lot of sugar hiding some very uninspiring neutral grain spirits. But Five Farms is doing something entirely different. This is a true farm-to-table spirit, which feels like a wild thing to say about Irish Cream, but here we are.

The dairy is sourced from just five family-owned farms in County Cork (hence the name), and they blend the fresh cream with triple-distilled Irish whiskey within 48 hours of collection. That’s a level of freshness you just don’t see in the big-name brands. Plus, they use about ten times more whiskey than the industry standard, so it actually tastes like, well, whiskey.
