Straight from the heart of Israel’s first dedicated whisky distillery, the M&H Classic Single Malt is a vibrant testament to the power of “hot climate maturation.” While the Scots have the mist and the peat, Tel Aviv has the Mediterranean sun, which accelerates the interaction between wood and spirit, resulting in a whisky that tastes far more mature than its years might suggest.

This is an incredibly approachable, light-filled dram. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at a solid 46% ABV, ensuring the texture remains creamy and the flavors stay intact.

The M&H team utilized a mix of ex-Bourbon casks and STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) red wine casks. This combination provides a beautiful equilibrium; the bourbon barrels bring the classic sweetness, while the STR casks add a structural complexity and a touch of spice that keeps things interesting.
