Le Fraghe Bardolino 2025

Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel (zero oak here), Matilde Poggi’s 2025 Le Fraghe Bardolino is a benchmark light-bodied red from a blend of roughly 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella. While much of the Veneto is known for heavy, oak-laden reds, Matilde has quietly spent the last few decades showing the world what real Bardolino is supposed to taste like.
